Mr D.P.N. Neilson of 318B South Coast Road, Peacehaven, Sussex BN10 7EL (member of the public responsible for the police finding the knife that was used to kill Katrina Taylor in July 1996)

I am making a formal complaint against the Chief Constable of Sussex - Paul Whitehouse, concerning the murder of Katrina Taylor in Brighton in July 1996, on the following grounds:-

He is personally responsible for the murder of Katrina Taylor

He perverted the course of justice by covering up for organised crime before the murder. Because of his actions this lead directly to the murder of Katrina Taylor by members of this gang.

He knowingly used members of this gang as false witnesses.

After the murder he perverted the course of justice by covering up major crimes. He also failed under the Victim's Charter to see that I had witness protection and Victim Support.

He used his position to have police officers victimise me. I was attacked INSIDE my own home by members of the gang. The police arrested me and they refused to let me press charges against my attackers.

The police took three statements over the finding of the murder weapon - because of the content they refused to give me copies - I tried from 1996 to 1999 to make an extra statement concerning the murder of Katrina Taylor, but this was not allowed. This statement was vital to the conviction of the killers.

The four charged have all been acquitted .

A copy of this letter is being sent to the P C A and the Home Secretary as well as being released on the internet.
